Dynamic DWS + Sorting is an intelligent logistics system designed to automatically measure, weigh, scan, and sort parcels. The integrated system consists of a top scan module, a three-stage dynamic scale, and a sorter. The scan module and dynamic scale capture the volume, weight, and face sheet details of each parcel, relaying data to the PC host system. Parcels are then transferred to the sorter to be routed to specified destinations based on pre-defined criteria. All collected information is stored systematically on the PC for easy querying and exporting.

The loop crossbelt sorter consists of four key elements: the supply system, the sorting trolley, the parcel off-loading system, and the master control system. Under coordinated system management, parcels feed from the supply deck to the sorting carriers. The off-loading system then directs parcels into target locations for temporary storage.
