Palletizers are specialized equipment used in automated warehousing and production line back-end systems. They neatly stack bagged and boxed materials onto pallets according to a fixed arrangement, replacing manual palletizing. They are widely used in the grain, feed, fertilizer, cement, food, chemical, and building materials industries.
Palletizer Types
01Robotic Arm Palletizer
A six-axis robotic arm provides flexible multi-station operation, capable of simultaneously palletizing multiple production lines and various specifications; high palletizing efficiency.
02High-Position Straight Arm Double Station Palletizer
The high palletizing column allows for layered stacking of finished products on both sides of the palletizer.
03High-Position Rotary Arm Double Station Palletizer
Small footprint, making it the preferred choice for palletizing in confined spaces.
Automated Process Steps
1. Low-speed conveyor
The packaged bags/boxes are smoothly transported from the sewing/sealing machine to the pushing and shaping station, serving as a buffer and queueing mechanism.
2. Push-down conveyor
After being quantitatively packaged, the bagged materials are in a "standing" state. A pusher conveyor is used to push the bagged materials to a horizontal position.
3. Shaping
Bags are flattened and degassed by upper pressure rollers and vibrating rods, ensuring that the stack is square, stable, and aesthetically pleasing.
4. Scraping
The system uses durable alloy grippers to pick up materials and deliver them to the pallet with high accuracy.

Industry Applications
Palletizers are widely used in food, grain, feed, fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceuticals, electronics, logistics, and new energy industries. They can automatically stack different packaging materials such as cartons, woven bags, and plastic drums, adapting to various conditions like dust or low temperature.
