Shuttle Racking Design
The four-way shuttle racking system is an intelligent warehousing solution suitable for high-SKU, high-density storage. Through the coordinated operation of four-way shuttles, elevators, and a WMS/WCS management system, the system achieves automated storage and retrieval and intelligent scheduling of palletized goods, significantly improving warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency. The four-way shuttles can move forward, backward, and laterally within the racking aisles and operate between different levels via elevators, reducing forklift aisle requirements. This makes it particularly suitable for space-constrained warehousing scenarios with frequent goods turnover.

For production requires custom tooling, the mold cost is charged before the initial order. This cost will be partially or fully refunded once orders reach a certain target volume.
