1) All of our machines are covered under a one-year guarantee period, and our CNC control systems enjoy a 3-year guarantee alongside lifelong technical support.
2) We have local distributors and agents in many countries who can provide on-site after-sales service. We can also dispatch technicians to your factory for major troubleshooting if required.

How can we learn to operate your machine?
1) You can send staff to our factory for training on machine operation prior to delivery, or request us to send a technician to your factory for commissioning and basic training.
2) Following commissioning, if you are still developing your operation skills, we can provide live video training online.
3) Our sales team is online 24 hours a day for both pre-sales and after-sales support. You can contact us at any time.

1) We accept payment terms via L/C and T/T.
